I’m a pescatarian who is not pregnant however I found this book very informational, especially the reference tables which are very relevant to my diet. Since I am not consuming animal protein (though I still do eat seafood), I am always looking for ways to increase my plant-based protein intake. In general, I found this book to be educational and not judgmental towards those of us who aren’t vegan. I also found lots of good ideas about how to incorporate more plant-based foods into my life. The book is short, easy to follow and very approachable. The amount of info available on the web is overwhelming and oftentimes too complicated to follow, but this format makes it easy for the every day person to make sense of this complex topic.
